Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the STS4X.com website (the “Service”) operated by STS4X (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By purchasing products or using this site, you agree that you understand and accept the below notices, disclaimers, terms and conditions:

Section 1 : Offer and services
Section 1:A – STS4X offers educational content, services and custom software to assist in your learning. Most products can be loaded directly on your platform to provide a visual reference.

Section 2 : Accepted currency
Section 2:A – We only accept payment of USD (United States Dollar). If your currency can be converted to USD by a payment processor, then we can accept your payment.

Section 3:C – For customer back office support including information request or support request. Please use our built in chat request and submit a ticket to our support team.

Section 4 : Fulfillment policies
Section 4:A – Refund policy – Because our services are digital and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made to STS4X

Section 4:B – Delivery Policy – You will have immediate access to all services upon creating a subscription or purchase. During checkout, you choose a username and password. After checkout, you can use your credentials to login to our website. All content, services and software will be available immediately. You will receive an automatic email providing your login details as well.
Section 4:C – Return Policy – Because our services, content and software are digital. There is no way to return these services. Returns will be handled in the same manner as refunds (Section 4:A)
Section 4:D – Cancellation Policy – Understand that STS4X is responsible for ensuring that your membership is not billed further after you have canceled your membership. You understand that you are solely responsible for canceling your recurring membership in order to cancel our services. STS4X is not responsible for any claimed system/server issue that limits one’s ability to cancel membership effectively. Should you experience an issue, it is your responsibility to reach out to STS4X to resolve the issue through use of a support ticket on STS4X.com. You understand and acknowledge that all cancellation inputs in the STS4X system are accompanied by an e-mail cancellation confirmation to your account e-mail address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation confirmation e-mail is received, and it is your responsibility to alert STS4X should the e-mail not arrive. Please note that you are unable to cancel your membership through e-mail, you are responsible for canceling your membership by logging into STS4X.com, going to “Account” settings, and clicking “Cancel”.

Section 5 : Restrictions
Section 5:A – Without purchasing our services, you are not permitted to have access to ANY of our information inside of STS4X.com, or any associated chat rooms, or any exclusive social media outlet, or any other STS4X. service. If you as a member give your username and password to anyone that has not purchased our services, your membership will be terminated immediately, with no refund, and no notice required. You agree not to duplicate, disseminate or broadcast any information or materials from this room, website, webinar or presentation without prior written approval and consent. Any content, material, documentation, information or the like that you learn or receive is for your own personal use and is to be considered proprietary and confidential.

Section 5:B – Affiliates and agreements : STS4X allows active members to register as affiliates and earn commission based on referrals. Affiliates must maintain an active subscription to earn commissions. If an affiliates membership lapses, referrals will be automatically rejected. We do not allow non STS4X members to register as an affiliate. If a referral is not automatically tracked, the affiliate must claim a new referral within 30 days. If the referral is not claimed or untracked by the system, we will add the referral and pay commissions on new referrals only. We do not back-pay on unclaimed referrals.

Section 8 : Promotions
Section 8:A – All promotions offered will come with specific terms. STS4X will honor those terms. After a promotion has ended we will not honor the promotion. EXAMPLE : If we have a 30 day free trial, service will be free for 30 days and billed after the trial period has ended. It is your responsibility to cancel your purchase or subscription before the trial period has ended. See our cancellation policy in (Section 4:D)

Section 9 : Website security
Section 9:A – STS4X.com is a secure website including SSL and HTTPS. Our payment processors are PCI compliant and any payment forms are protected through HTTPS. We do not store offsite any customer payment information and all payment information is handled in a safe and professional manner.
